Sunny and John | Sunnyside Chapel

On July 15th, Sunny and John said “I do” in the heart of the San Juan Mountains at the Sunnyside Chapel in Creede, Colorado. Surrounded only by their closest family, their day was intimate, heartfelt, and filled with so much joy.

The weather danced on the cusp of rain all afternoon, but it held off just for us until the very end—almost as if the mountains knew this love story needed its perfect moment. The warm summer light filled the chapel, highlighting every meaningful glance and vow.

After the ceremony, family gathered along the Rio Grande at Antlers Lodge for a beautiful reception by the river. With laughter, stories, and the rushing water as a soundtrack, it was a celebration that felt both timeless and uniquely Creede.

I feel so honored to have captured this special day. Weddings like these—simple, intentional, and overflowing with love—remind me why I adore what I do.
