Fall in Love: Alley and Nash Celebrate Their Wedding in Creede
On September 28th, Alley and Nash exchanged vows in the charming Hay Loft in Creede, Colorado, surrounded by the stunning backdrop of autumn's embrace. The air was filled with love, laughter, and the promise of a beautiful future together.
Their love story began about four years ago, shortly after both moved to Colorado. Fate brought them together while working at the same veterinary clinic. There was an undeniable connection from the start, but they both tried to ignore it. Once they finally embraced their feelings and went on their first date, there was no turning back.
Nash’s proposal was nothing short of magical, taking place during a weekend ski trip to Keystone with Alley’s sister and her boyfriend. In true Nash fashion, he had grand plans for the proposal, but his excitement got the better of him. On their very first night in the village, he popped the question right there, creating a beautiful memory to kick off their weekend.
What do they love most about each other? For Nash, it’s hard to narrow it down, but he admires Alley’s genuine spirit and the person she is. Alley, on the other hand, cherishes Nash’s kind heart and the way he loves deeply.
Choosing their wedding date and location held deep significance for Alley and Nash. Creede has always been a cherished place for Alley, who grew up visiting every summer, a tradition her grandparents started when her mom was a teenager. Nash, too, found a special connection with Creede after his first trip to meet Alley’s family just a few months into their relationship. It became a place filled with shared memories, especially after Nash asked Alley’s dad for his blessing to propose during a visit in September 2023. A fall wedding in Creede felt like the perfect choice.
As they took to the dance floor for their first dance, “La Vie En Rose” by Louis Armstrong, the warmth of love surrounded them, and their hearts overflowed with joy.
In this celebration of love, Alley and Nash embraced not only the beauty of their surroundings but also the incredible support of friends and family. Alley’s gorgeous dress came from The Bridal Collection in Centennial, and her hair and makeup were beautifully done by Blair with Aeternum Artistry. The Hay Loft at Creede, managed by the wonderful Matt and Tami, served as the perfect venue, and Chef Kris at The Creede Hotel delighted guests with amazing food.
