Faith & Clay | Winter Wedding in Creede, Colorado
Faith and Clay were married on February 21st, 2026, at Sunnyside Chapel in Creede, Colorado. The days leading up to their wedding were cold, windy, and snowy—pretty typical for February in the mountains. But their wedding day turned out completely different. Clear skies, sunshine, and fresh snow covering the mountains in every direction. The light that morning filled the chapel in a way that’s hard to explain, but you could feel it. Quiet, steady, and fitting for the day.
What stood out most about Faith and Clay wasn’t just how beautiful everything looked, but the way they love each other and the role their faith plays in that. It was present in every part of the day.
During the ceremony, everyone joined together to sing How Great Thou Art. No big production, just a room full of family singing. It was one of the more meaningful moments I’ve witnessed at a wedding and something I won’t forget. After the ceremony, everyone gathered at the Rio Grande Club in South Fork for an intimate dinner and reception. It was relaxed, with friends and family sharing stories and time together.
About a month later, they hosted a larger celebration at the Ski-Hi Complex in Monte Vista, inviting all the friends and family to celebrate alongside them. Two very different gatherings, both meaningful in their own way.
Faith and Clay, it was an honor to capture your wedding day.
